Bio:
David Schenker serves as the Senior Director of Mixed-Use Development for Accor One Living in the Americas. In this role, he spearheads the expansion of the group’s branded residential portfolio, a primary growth driver for Accor that currently features nearly 50 operational residential communities and over 100 residential projects in the pipeline. With 15 years of experience at the intersection of hospitality and residential real estate, David previously led residential development for Rosewood Hotel Group in the Americas, oversaw Sonder’s expansion efforts across the US and Europe, and worked as a Project Manager for multiple residential real estate developers in the Bay Area. David currently resides in Los Angeles.
