Bio:

Caryn is an accomplished executive specializing in luxury hotel and residential property management with ovr 28 years of dedicated experience. Her career has been defined by leadership roles at premier brands, including The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, the Baccarat Hotel and Residences and First Service Residential. She possesses a deep understanding of five-star operations and is recognized for driving operational excellence and cultivating strong board relations. 

Currently, she serves as the Director of Residences at Baccarat Hotel and Residences and as a Property Manager, providing expert management services for mixed-use buildings while advising both Master and Residential Boards. Her international experience includes operational and pre-opening roles in New York City, St Thomas, Singapore and Indonesia. Caryn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Tourism Management from the Bali Hotel and Tourism Training Institute and is the recipient of multiple awards for leadership and engagement.
