Brad Berry brings more than 25 years of global leadership in branded residential development, luxury real estate, sales and marketing and operational strategy. Currently, he serves as Head of Residences & Homes at Mandarin Oriental, where he is responsible for all aspects of the branded residential business and also oversees the Mandarin Oriental Exceptional Homes portfolio, with a focus on growth and profitability. Previously, Brad was Vice President, Global Residential Development at Rosewood Hotel Group, where he helped drive the growth and positioning of one of the world’s most prestigious branded residential portfolios. His career also includes leadership roles at PortLiving, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, and Kingdom Hotel Investments, where he led high-impact teams across North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East—including launching luxury residences globally. Known for strategic vision and operational precision, Brad partners with owners and stakeholders to deliver differentiated residential products and long-term value.
