Investor pass criteria & benefits
The BxR Investor Pass is reserved exclusively for active equity investors in the hospitality sector. It is designed for individuals and firms deploying capital into into hospitality businesses, hospitality real estate, and/or branded residential assets and development, and looking to connect with owners, operators and developers to source investment opportunities.
The BxR Investor Pass is complimentary, compared to the standard Pioneer Pass rate of $550. To qualify, you must meet the criteria below:
- You must be either an individual or an employee of an investment firm such as a private equity fund, institutional investor, family office, real estate investment firm, sovereign wealth fund or similar financial institution.
- Your organisation must actively deploy or allocate equity capital into hospitality businesses, hospitality real estate, and/or branded residential assets and developments.
- Investment activity must be the primary function of your role and organisation, including acquisitions, equity investment, or portfolio management of hospitality assets.
- Your company must not primarily be an operator, hotel brand, advisory firm, consultancy, or service provider, even if it occasionally co-invests in projects.
- Consent to participate in up to five pre-arranged meetings with relevant companies during the event.
- Commit to contributing the Hospitality Investor Sentiment Index, our quarterly report that gauges the sentiment of equity investors active in the hospitality sector.
Applications that do not meet these criteria will not be approved, and applicants will be invited to register for a standard Pioneer Pass at the prevailing rate.

Invitation to join the Investor Council, a quarterly gathering of the hospitality investment community, whom represent active equity investors and major hospitality portfolios. These meetings are an opportunity to facilitate knowledge sharing and best practice, with presentations from carefully selected expert speakers on topical themes to inform and help navigate the unique challenges and opportunities within the hospitality market. Hosted in London, Continental Europe and the U.S.
